As Director of HR at Bergdorf Goodman, I oversaw HR Strategy, Administration, Employee Relations, Staffing, Talent Management, and Training & Development for a workforce of 1,400 employees across multiple facilities. As a merchant, I successfully led multiple category businesses in mass and luxury up to $750 mm.
